We all know that food handling hygiene is very important. Designed to avoid cross-contamination when preparing food the - The Index Chopping Board have 4 colour coded illustrated tabs labelling which reminds you which board should be used for which food type (vegetables, fish, raw meat and cooked food).
Made from dishwasher safe polypropylene, there's green for vegetables, blue for raw fish, white for cooked food and red for raw meat – the tabs are staggered and there's even little pictures on them to give you an extra hint. You'll have it sorted quicker than you can say salmonella!
Product Specification
The Index Chopping Board set contains 4 colour coded chopping boards - each for a different food type:
- Green - vegetables
- Red - raw meat
- Blue - fish
- White - cooked food
Each board is made from dishwasher safe polypropylene and is approximately 30 x 20 x 1.5 cm in size. They feature illustrated tabs labelling which board is suitable for which food type. The boards are housed in a stylish non-slip base storage case made from ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) thermoplastic.
