Delivery Cost

iGadget Australia Pty Ltd delivers Australia Wide using Australia Post eParcel delivery service.

We offer you :

Flat rate of $8.90 to anywhere in Australia. No additional shipping charges for second item.

Security and Reliability.
Each parcel carries a barcode, which is scanned during the delivery process and trackable. Signature is also required when receiving the item.

Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched from Victoria. Average delivery times from Victoria are listed below:

Deliveries to Melbourne metropolitan take on average:	1 to 3 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to Victorian countries take on average:	2 to 4 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to Sydney metropolitan take on average:	2 to 4 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to New South Wales countries take on average::	3 to 5 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to Adelaide metropolitan take on average:	2 to 4 business days to arrive
Deliveries to South Autralia countries take on average:	3 to 5 business days to arrive
Deliveries to ACT, TAS, QLD, WA and NT take on average:	3 to 6 business days to arrive.

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent postal standards across the country. We will work with Australia Post to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

For Urgent Delivery :

We offer an overnight courier delivery using Australian Air Express or Express Post Platinum for those who require the product urgently by simply selecting delivery by courier during your order. This will take 1 - 2 business days throughout Australia and We only charge $20.00 to anywhere in Australia. Please be aware that very large items may not be delivered by courier, please call us to confirm.

Delivery is subjected to availability. We will endeavour to provide the best possible delivery service, so you can have the your order sooner.

For international Customers :

Shipping depending on weight, cost from $18 to anywhere around the world. We offer 2 delivery options: via Airmail and DHL. By default, we will use Airmail for delivery to Overseas being the most affordable. The cost varies so please contact us by email should you have any question in regards to the delivery option or the cost of delivery by courier.

Due to many fraud cases, we may contact you to discuss your order. If we are unable to contact you by email or phone, we will cancel your order.

Customers Pick Up:

We welcome customer pick ups if they wish to avoid delivery charges. However, we recommend customers to call or email us first to confirm that the goods are in stock. Pick up are by appointment only.
