Ordering Questions

1. How do I place an order ?

There are several ways to place an order. Ordering online with a credit card, simply go to above navigation bar and click on any category listed. You will be taken to a online catalog and secure page for online ordering.

Customers can also order by phone by calling (03) 9808 0388 or +613 9808 0388 if you are calling outside Australia. A customer representative will answer your questions and take orders over the phone.

We also accept payment by cheque or money order. Please send payment to:

Please make cheque payable to "iGadget Australia Pty Ltd" and include your name, address, phone number, and list the items being ordered.

If your organization normally pays via purchase order, please fax the PO to (03) 9808 1300. Please include your organization's full contact information. We can extend net 30 payment terms to creditworthy organisations.

2. How long does the delivery take within Australia?

3. I live outside Australia, can I order from iGadget.com.au ?

Yes, we currently ship to nearly all international destinations. Simply go to the online shop and order online with a credit card. For large international orders, please call +613 9808 0388 33 or email iGadget@iGadget.com.au get a quote and specific shipping information. There will be no GST charged for all international order. Purchases over US$500 may require payment in advance by wire transfer. International orders can take up to 14 business days for delivery.

4. What type of credit cards do you accept?

5. Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes. Refunds, and Returns Questions

1. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email igadget@igadget.com.au immediately if any item arrived damaged. We will ship a replacement order to you free of charge.

2. What are the return policy ?

Some item may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund, minus a 15% shipping and restocking fee. Please contact iGadget to get a return authorisation and return the order to:

3. Does your product comes with warranty ?

Yes, Each product has different warranty period. The product warranty is stated on description of each product in Online Shop. Please keep the receipt as proof of purchase and for warranty purpose. Check the Warranty and Returns for more information.
