There are no express warranties which extends beyond the description on the face hereof. SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Since iGadget cannot control the manner of use of products after their sale, iGadget will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. No warranties will apply if the products are in any way altered or modified after delivery by iGadget.
Should a customer receives any product which is faulty or dead on arrival, then the customer must notify iGadget within 14 days and discuss to resend the product back for replacement. All cost of returning the products are customer's own responsibility. If products returned by customers are found to be non-defective customers will be charged $30.00 for labour and administrative cost including the cost of returning the products. All faulty purchases will be repaired or replace ONLY. It will not qualify customers for full refund of the purchase if there is any change of mind.
Customers may be required to contact the manufacturers technical support department directly to acquire authorisation to return any faulty product. How to Return Merchandise
All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15% percent restocking fee. iGadget reserves the right to authorise product returns beyond 14 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 14 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. |
